Seiko watches are very well made. I like the all stainless styles that are water resistant so you can leave them on while showering, unlike the watches with leather bands. The Skagen watches are fabulous too, especially if you like a thin profile and don’t care for the bulky type of watch. Have fun shopping!! : P

I really don’t see much of a difference, but generally speaking male watches tend to have a wider strap than women’s watches.

Personally, I think Seiko’s got better guy watches, and Stuhrling just plain good.
I currently have three (Stuhrling), but had a few more that I gave away. Invicta’s okay, I guess, but I wouldn’t be going back there. I’ve bought a couple for presents, though. Fairly good, but Stuhrling’s one of my favourites. (I like Movado, but it’s really expensive.) I gave my boyfriend a Seiko once, and he think it’s adorable.

There are a large number of "boutique" watch makers, costing $10,000, $100,000 and more, but the top major producers would Rolex, Longines, Baume & Mercier, and Brietling, with the Tag Heuer, Concord and Movado being that next tier down.

Cool! You have a neat watch.

It has four stepper motors.
Hans Mieser wore one (a German star).
Has a Seiko 7A48A movement with 1/20 sec stopwatch capability. Is water resistant. Has plastic dial and analog date.

I really like fossil watches they are really good priced and usually pretty fashionable. I think compared to those other brands the only difference is the fashion and numerous styles of fossil watches.
