is it wrong to sell something that was given to you but you would never use it?

My grandma just gave me a Seiko watch that cost 5 usually but it was on sale for 0. But the thing is that I would never wear it but I don’t want to give it back because it would seem like I didn’t want It. I thought about selling but I would feel bad for it, but I don’t want to just keep it and never use such a nice watch and I’d feel bad re-gifting it. I don’t know what to do, I need advice.
I would love to have the extra money but what would make me feel worse about it is that she got it for me for no special occasion. If I were to sell it I would buy something for her with some or most of the money, she spent a lot on me so I’d do the same.
the problem is that it’s a distinctive watch and if I sold it into the family…. yeah. And as for people saying that if she dies I’d want to keep it, well she isn’t going to die anytime soon she’s only in her 60′s and my family has a history of living until there early 90′s. This isn’t the first time my grand parents give me stuff I don’t want, but I keep it every time or I donate it. But this watch has some value and I wouldn’t want to drop of that kind of watch off at goodwill and them sell it for dollars, maybe if I do sell it, I’ll donate some money to a charity and buy her something.

I have a Seiko "Automatic" dive watch that is self winding,by simply wearing the watch,My Question is:
Why does it always gain anywhere between 1 – 5minutes(5 minutes is if I don’t reset after awhile)it’s an expensive watch my wife gave me but its bothersome sometimes,when it it gains time,
but then again it’s better to be EARLY than late….
