Ladies Seiko or Bulova watch?

I am considering buying a new watch and have liked couple – a Seiko and a Bulova, pretty similar in looks. I am more leaned towards the Seiko as it looks a tad better and is lighter than the Bulova. I would like to find which is a better brand and which one looks "richer".
