Where can I get my Seiko (not kinetic) watch repaired?

Is there some official Seiko repair place or am I going to have to send it to a 3rd party dealer of some sorts? What places would you recommend if you have had a Seiko watch repaired? The repair needed is a crystal replacement and the day of the month indicator seems to be jammed or stuck or broken or something (it just says the 28th and won’t move). Thank you all for the help in advance!
Also I want a repair center that is officially Seiko authorized to do repair and has all the original parts that came with the watch. I already had a bad experience with a local jewelry store over this watch when I went in for the crystal replacement. They replaced it with the wrong crystal, and it was no longer water proof. Ugh.
